The Italian cheese market is full of posers, and the Italian Trade Agency (ITA) had enough. But how do you break through the noise of all the easy-to-buy, inauthentic products on the shelf?

ITA knew the answer: you go to the agency that knows how to help brands shout a little louder.

ITA approached Birch & Flame with a need to let grocery shoppers know they may not always be buying real Italian cheese. More importantly, they wanted to teach audiences to ask directly for the real deal the next time they were at the store.

So what did we do? We sent the message so far and wide that it hit audience’s eyes like a big pizza pie—and made ITA feel some serious amore.
